The staff was so polite and friendly. The room was gorgeous too! It's in a rather posh lovely part of parish. It's close to the arch de triumph as well!

We just arrived and they could not have been more accommodating.
I'm sitting in this amazing room looking at the Eiffel Tower as I write. When we arrived we had a beautiful huge room with a separate living area but there was no direct views of the ET so they let us change to a beautiful room with a balcony and direct views.
Hotel is beautiful and is in a great location!

Me and my husband stayed here for 6 nights. The location is prime and we always felt safe. It's literally a minute or two walk to Champs Elysees where all the major shopping is and by the Arc. The staff was very kind, they even printed tickets for our excursions for us and let me use their computer to print. Most of the front desk is very nice. One of them was kind off rude when he said "Listen to him" rudely when I asked a question , but I don't think he intentionally was trying to be. Maybe it's just how the French come off, I don't really know. I tried not to take it personally. But other than that, I wished I asked for these two staff members name.... But two of the staff members were very very kind, besides letting me print, one of them even talked to my husband and asked about our lives and they told us about theirs. Not that we minded but it was our first time in France and we just wanted to know Paris. It was great getting to know them and understanding French culture. So yes, 5 star for the service... As for the room itself. We got the smallest room, it had an Eiffel Tower view. We were on the 6th floor. The tiny wooden elevator says it fits 3 people, but I think they meant 3 tiny Europeans. Lol. So if you're American. Maybe you and your medium suitcase. But atleast it had an elevator, (very rare in Paris) The floor creeked a lot...the hotel itself was very old. But we had all the basic amenities. The bathroom is very big too. Bed was somewhat comfy. We slept fine on it. The air conditioning works AMAZING (something also very rare in Paris). The only thing I did not like was how thin the walls were. We could hear the next door people beside us use the bathroom, talk, and "stuff". We woke up multiple times thinking someone was opening our door, but it was just the person next to us opening their door. They use an old fashion key but you just return it when you leave and when you come back they give it you, which is okay because you wouldn't want to lose it. Didn't try the breakfast or bar, but there is a cute little cafe across the street. Other than that, for finding a special of $180 USD a night, we really liked it. The location is prime and safe.

As soon as we arrived the staff where amazing and always happy to help. Our room was perfect with a great view. The staff are very kind natured and would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.
