Rooms are clean and premium room was fully renovated with big bathroom, fridge, big TV, and tea kettle. Hotel has great parking which is a bonus, but it's also about 15-20 min away from center (not a big deal if you have a car since you can just drive and park in center.....parking during day is cheap). I was hoping room would be bigger but it's ok and comfortable. Hotel located between 2 streets, not allot of noise at night, but some might not like it, I do I can't sleep in dead quite room. There is also a restaurant which we didn't use but other reviews say it's pretty good. Super market is only 5 min walking so you can shop for your own food (not much savings I guess, but at least you eat what you like and not what they have at morning buffet). I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a car.

They have good rooms but no safe and minibar is empty. Location is fine, it is possible to get to the touristic center by walking, around 1.5km. They do not have parking for everyone but it looks safe around. Breakfast is good

Disgustingly dirty. We found hair in the bed, toothpaste in the sink, mud in the bathroom. Mould and limescale in the shower and sink. We asked to change rooms and found two rooms in this appalling condition. The third was slightly cleaner. After emailing the manager a week ago, i am still waiting for a response. It was also in the middle of two main roads so was constantly noisy. I would not recommend.

This hotel is not in the city center, but it takes only a few minutes by bike. I stayed 2 nights when I was cycling around Alsace. They have very good restaurant too. However, the room was a bit small for 2 people.

Would definitely stay here again! Clean and the staff was lovely! Only about a 17min walk to city centre

Room is neat. Staff is very friendly. Good customer service. What I do not like about this hotel is its location - Colmar touristic area is a 25mn walk.

Good family room (adjoining double and twin) with air conditioning. Quiet at night. 20 minute walk from center and plenty of parking.
