Very good room with beautiful bathroom with bidet. Much special for a francaise's hotel.

So far the rooms are spacious enough and is close to the church.

Cons:
- wifi is highly unreliable
- old, traditional room design

Clean room, reception staff are friendly. It's also very close to the grotto and restaurants. The only downside is that the WiFi is slow and keeps disconnecting.

Went to see a friend stopping at the hotel. The lounge area was nice and welcoming, the staff were friendly, and asked if I was okay and needed any help. My friend said she enjoyed the stay there too
