Service terrible! Même à la poste les caissiers sont plus sympathiques et efficaces... Quant au chef d'agence... on comprend pourquoi il est dans cette agence... Une question de temps avant qu'elle soit fermée. Si vous êtes client HSBC il est peut-être temps de changer de banque....

I recently moved to Cannes and was looking for an international bank to open an account. Having googled location maps I found HSBC was the closest. I saw the one star review and thought that maybe just a bad day for the employees, so I visited with a view to open an account and give them my business. I concur with the previous 1 star review. The staff were terrible, rude and surely. The old man on the desk acts like a disillusioned bouncer in a seedy nightclub. I asked in French if he spoke English - "Non!" came the answer. An International franchise bank with a non English welcoming staff - strange I thought - but I pressed on and put my head in the office of a young lady at a computer I repeated in my best French "Good morning, do you speak English" - The same rude "Non!" as she returned to her computer.

Je suis passée me renseigner pour ouvrir un compte et j ai été super bien reçue par une jeune femme blonde . Je vais donner suite car l accueil est très professionnel..

Voulant changer de banque, je me suis tournée vers la HSBC du pont des Gabres. L'accueil fût aimable. Le personnel m'a bien conseillé sur les différents produits. Petite agence mais forte de son equipe. De toutes les banques dont j'ai fait un tour c'est celle que je vais choisir.
