Views, comfy rooms. And the bar is extremely good for cocktails, if a little pricey. Spa is very nice, but reception need to work on their communication and information.

Excellent location close to the lake and 20 minutes walk into town alongside the lake. It's a fairly business like hotel, not really my thing but it is comfortable and the staff are welcoming. I wasn't enamored with the casino but then again I don't gamble. Near to the 'beach' which is advantageous if visiting in the summer months.
If you want a central location look elsewhere, but if you would like a short walk in the evening to build an appetite this hotel could be for you.

Completely looked after from arriving at the hotel to leaving the hotel. The staff were so helpful and genuinely helpful. Decided to experience the Bistro which had a choice of sitting outside under the umbrellas and enjoying the scenery. The cuisine excellent and the dessert was as much as you wanted with so much choice and beautifully displayed. Breakfast, again so much choice to cater for everyone again sitting out under the umbrellas in the sunshine was relaxing and therapeutic....if ever you visit Annecy book into the L'Imperial

Beautiful rooms, scenery and extremely helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families. So much to do and see. A+
