Not bad. Some of the staff a nice. No airconditioning and only one socket. Free wifi and cheap breakfast, at least for a small serving. Close to a few good places including the Cathedral.

Cheap, great view over the cathedral and very nice staff. However, the rooms are small, the toilet smells of sewage (make sure that you close the door properly or you will wake up to a very bad smell) and the walls are so thin and badly isolated that you can hear almost everything that your neighbours are talking about. No air-conditioning or elevator. Wi-Fi is generally slow and goes down from time to time.

The room was quite small and we got a double bed (not very big) even though we booked twin beds, but apart from that everything was great. It was very neat and clean and the staff were fantastic. Very helpful with everything and spoke very good English.

Excellent location. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. The triple room was specious enough for a couple and a three-year old.
Issues: no air conditioning, no parking (there's a public paid parking nearby though), breakfast is a bit limited and mediocre.
Overall positive impression.
