Beautiful place to walk or to sit and read. A dedicated team of gardeners work hard to keep this garden perfect throughout the four seasons.

Parc très agréable et arboré. Idéal pour se promener et sortir avec les enfants. 2 zones de jeux et une mini ferme.

Relaxing park in centre of Tours.
Filled with well maintained varied flower displays.
Shady place to eat a sandwich and catch up with friends or to pass the time.. opposite Hospital Bretonneau, by river Loire.
Cafe in park.
Kids play area.
Flamingos and peacocks.

Really awesome place to take a walk, the gardens are well maintained with different areas to explore. I am not a fan of caged animals, so for me this was not a major attraction. The greenhouse however was something I very much enjoyed with the three sections imitating tropical, subtropical and arid regions around the world.

Lovely little park on the egde of Tours, we walk a little while but it's worth the visit as there are lovely plants and even animals. Little smaller than expected but completely free. Who would have thought you can watch flamingos in France.

Very beautiful and calm botanical garden. The southern part has animals like turtles, birds, small goats, greater flamingos, a pig... There are fountains and ponds, squirrels running around, small rivers and fishes. The greenhouse has beautiful flowers and tropical plants. The rest of the garden is really good for having a walk, relaxin, reading a book, lie on the grass, having a family picnic. And the gingko biloba close to the main entrance is majestic.
