Un restaurant gastronomique (une étoile !) aux tarifs abordables : avec un premier menu à 29€, on se régale sans se ruiner. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté au service et l'ancrage local du menu : le restaurant travaille en effet exclusivement avec des producteurs et cultivateurs régionaux.

Wow. Our first experience of a Michelin Star.
This was a very special occasion so we knew it would be expensive.
Decor is understated which, if anything, helped to concentrate our senses on the taste.
The service was excellent, not at all pretentious and we weren't rushed even though we were the last to leave by some margin.
We decided to go for the 45 euro menu with an extra 5 euros for a cheese course as we expected courses to be small. In reality, all courses were perfectly sized for us and we left feeling perfectly sated, but not over-full.
Everything we ate was a wonderful experience. I'm a pretty good cook and will try some of the flavour combinations at home, but I have no idea how they managed to create that zingy apple crisp garnishing my desert.
All in all, the food half of the bill was pretty good value for such an unforgetable lunch.
The other half? Well we did have a 1/2 bottle each of champagne and a very good Sancerre, and then desert wine.

Really good food and service. Worth it. Decor is not to my taste, but I did not care. Recommended.
