Worst meal we've ever had. We got lucky and stumbled upon a great place the night before so we assumed we could stop here and have a similar experience. Wrong! Should have read the reviews ahead of time. We both got the steak and frites. The steak was so undercooked, it was literally purple. I barely ate any of it. The wine came out in a small caraf (rather than a bottle so we could see we were getting what we ordered) and it tasted like juice. Even the waiter, after seeing our undercooked steak, took it off the bill. If it were prepared properly, it still would have lacked flavor which is why we didn't even ask for another. Don't waste your time or money!

Never ever ever eat here. Total tourist trap. They were friendly, but the food was horrible and came out pretty expensive.

Nice staff and good service. Meals were good although the andouillette was below average in my opinion.

Bad food, wines were not very good, awful steak, prices are much too high, it is a trap for tourists... The only good feature are the chip, they are cooked nicely. Very overpriced

A bit of a tourist trap, but contrary to many of the comments here we had efficient, fast and very friendly service on a packed, baking hot July lunch time. And a well prepared omelette and fries and a very acceptable salad nicoise. The bill was bit on the high side, but - hey - it's prime location! For us, it was a perfectly okay choice for lunch, though I do not think I'd choose to dine here

Worst experience in Beaune!! The only bad experience as a matter of fact. The WAITRESS should be fired. We asked her for empty glasses to drink our water and she refused to get them. It seemed like she wasn't happy we only ordered drinks and not food. Shocking!
