Even if they have reception closed at nights, it has to be written in big letters in the reservation, and it not a reason to openly insult guests. The treatment of customers has been more than just unacceptable, especially in a hotel with price level like this one. Very far from average international level of service at a 4 star hotel.

We stayed one night this summer en route to the South. The owners are very welcoming, our room was magnificent and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing, in the lovely garden - fresh, healthy and delicious. Also, a great location, a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants in the charming old town. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast! Emma & Martyn, England

Shocking experience, we arrived pretty late at night and the door was closed and no one was answering the bell. I called and a man told in French that he did not speak English and just hung up. After some more buzzing a lady came down and starting yelling at us something about the fact that some kids were sleeping (my French is very poor). I tried to explain her politely that I did not understand her, but she would not stop shouting at us. While we were going upstairs to our room she still would not stop swearing at us in French. Then after 10 minutes when I for the 5th time told her I did not understand she suddenly switched to pretty good English. The bed sheets were obviously not changed after the previous guests and there was someone else's hair in the bed.



In the morning she tried to be nice making breakfast, but it was too late to change our impression.
