L accueil chaleureux n ai pas toujours au rendez-vous mais heureusement je n y vais que pour la cuisine !

I discovered this restaurant by chance on a grey and wet Tuesday in Carcassonne. I had the €20 menu and enjoyed every delightful mouthful. My choice was: bruschetta; salmon fillet; crème caramel. Highly recommended.

The food is some of the best I have tasted in a long time, making me want to give it five, but do to the somewhat limited choices on the menu and the lack of salade and vegetables in the dishes I feel that 4 stars are the best it can get

Très bon restaurant les patrons sont très sympathiques la viande est très bonne on mange bien je le recommande.

au top de la convivialité "de la grande bouffe" c le cas. Familiale et produits de l entrée au dessert trop bon. Franchement je me suis régalée. je recommande

Lugar tranquilo a orillas del canal de Midi. Las carnes excelentes. No es el típico restaurante para turistas en Carcassonne, la calidad es muy superior y a un precio similar. La carta no tiene demasiada variedad pero es producto de calidad

Passion is the word that describes this place. The meat is cut just before it is cooked over an open fire. To start my salad of warm gizzards and duck was absolutely perfect. Between the four of us we had the very tasty beef (rib eye), veal, salmon and pork. This is a small restaurant and be aware that you need to allow time for you meal to be cooked to order. Order an apero and a bottle of wine and relax while you watch the chef at work.
