Maison d'hôte bien située, mais la propriétaire avait organisé une soirée anniversaire la nuit de notre séjour. Bilan, lorsque l'on a demandé de baisser les nuisances sonores à 1h du matin le mari de la propriétaire nous répond que si l'on n'est pas content, nous n'avons qu'à partir.
Les propriétaires se soucient donc peu du confort de leurs clients.

El trato muy bueno. Hablan castellano. Pero la limpieza d habitación y cambio d sábanas en tres días de estancia no hubo ninguna

Magnifique chambre d'hôtes de charme aux pieds des remparts de la Cité !
Accueil chaleureux, petits déjeuners gourmets et copieux. Je recommande !!!
Nous avons envie d'y revenir pour approfondir la visite de Carcassonne.

We had a 2 night stay at this B&B.

When we arrived with a prior reservation, the proprietor was not available for a good half hour to check us in. We had to go next door to call her. When she arrived she let us to our room. Since we wanted to stay an extra day, we were moved to a different room which was okay. But she cut our breakfast with some cockamamie reason. In essence, she was charging us the same price but without breakfast. The rest of our stay she was basically absent. The second night the A/C did not work in the bedroom. When I notified her of this at checkout, she calmly said that was not a problem. "Not a problem" for her, but definitely a problem for the guests. She then informed us at the last minute that she would not take a credit card and we had to walk across the bridge to get cash. The place was not cleaned while we were there and when I asked her about it, she calmly said that was not the practice in B&B's. I told her my experience was not the same and that B&B's elsewhere had cleaned the room, she changed the story to say that guests don't like their rooms cleaned.
