We were there for a weekend, excellent service, very helpful staff. Room was perfect, shutters at night, to keep the light or noise out - although it was very quiet.
Very comfortable beds.

The menu's are well though out and executed, each dish is a work of art. It's a seafood focused establishment where you will try crustaceans and other sea life you've never even heard of.

The restaurant was just simply amazing! Menu well though through, excellent wine pairing, incredible tastes, impeccable service. When we got the vintage port wine from 1968 the dinner climbed on to the top 3 dinner experience of my life.

Great location, couldn't get closer to the sea!

The hotel has a wonderful view and the rooms are very comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. On the first night, we ate at their (quite frankly) overpriced bistro where a dog ran around and begged for our food.
On the second night, we were exhausted so we decided to get take away pizza and watch a movie in our room.
We walked the pizza through the lobby whilst 6 staff stared at us (all they said during this time was 'good evening'). We went up to our room and were about to tuck in when the phone rang. We thought they were calling to ask if we wanted plates.
NO. They wanted to charge us 150 euros to eat outside food in our own room! They said we either had to completely leave the hotel to eat it OR pay the charge. Are you kidding me! Apparently this was on the fine print on the paperwork signed when we arrived. Beside the fact that we don't speak or read French (half the content was in French), a copy of this paperwork was not provided to us nor was it mentioned during check-in or on any of the in room paperwork.
We confirmed that we would bring the pizza to reception for them to throw out. Upon walking down, there were still 5 staff staring at me in silence. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. Nobody said a word as I put the pizza on the reception counter and went back to our room.

The only 3 stars Michelin in Nice we had lunch menu for 100 pp. Most dishes are fish based.

Hi! We had a lunch at the place today and we should admit that we enjoyed the time there a lot. The food was fantastic, we especially enjoyed bouillabaisse. The service was excellent and of course the view from the restaurant is spectacular. The only thing which was frankly disappointing was the food offered to our child. We asked for pasta in tomato sauce but were offfered pasta (tagliatelli) with olive oil and a ketchup aside... You would not expect this from the three-star michelin restaurant and neither would you expect the 40-dollar bill for this..

It's okay. I probably wouldn't go back. It is creative and serves great sea food. However, as creative as the ingredients and presentations were, the flavors were not spectacular. Sea anemone was served when I was there for example. Interesting and unusual. However, it didn't taste good. I learned people don't eat sea anemone for good reason. Among 3 star Michelin restaurants this is not impressive. Overall I feel this place tries too hard to be different it missed the point along the way.

We booked for the Evolution menu by internet, but we could change our mind when we were there and took the Bouille-Abaisse menu. Absolutely delicious as expected in a 3 michelin stars !! Service was excellent as expected. The only problem was the sommelier (the young one) who were extremely cold. We took the wine pairing and besides read to us what was written on the bottle, he didn't share any enthusiasm for the wine. Never talk about any wine he served. That's really too bad in this kind of restaurant.

But all in all - the restaurant is very nice and we can recommend it.
