Nous avons apprécié la qualité du repas, le service, la carte très bien construite et surtout le tout nouveau propriétaire et chef chaleureux qui mène avec bonne humeur une équipe très pro. Franchement un très bon moment passé que faire comme reproche ? Les plats sont tellement bon que le choix est difficile et la portion de dessert semble trop vite mangée.

La troisième fois depuis juillet dernièr, le nouveau chef améliore remarquablement vis à vis du passé. Très beau cadre, personnel agréable et efficace, cuisine de classe et plats à s'en souvenir.

Edit 18/04/2017: we visited again a few times the past weeks and I can only confirm my previous comments plus the fact that the level of this restaurant, staff and menus are increasing steadily! So far prices have not but if you want to visit: book in time!

Visited again, very creative and exquisite menu, excellent staff and unsurpassable setting with unbelievable views and sunset.
The chef is a sociable and entertaining host, you will feel at ease in an unforgettable environment

Waardeloos!
We hebben de afgelopen jaren een aantal keren in dit restaurant gegeten en het was altijd uitstekend. Maar dit keer (september 2017) was het ronduit slecht. Absoluut ongeïnteresseerde bediening en aan het eten was totaal geen aandacht besteed. Kaal voor- en hoofdgerecht zonder opmaak van de borden en het nagerecht (van de maand) was zonder meer slecht. En dit voor een menu van € 39, alhoewel de prijs eigenlijk onbelangrijk is; de bediening en de kwaliteit van het eten moet goed zijn, of het nu € 15 of € 39 is.
Jammer! Temeer omdat we hoorden dat de nieuwe eigenaar onder andere campingeigenaars uit de buurty had uitgenodigd voor een kennismaking met zijn restaurant. Natuurlijk ter promotie. Maar die promotie moet dan niet alleen voor genodigden zijn maar ook voor de gasten die op speciaal aanraden komen. Wij zullen dit restaurant in ieder geval niet meer aanraden en er ook niet snel nog een keer gaan eten. Een restaurant dat pretendeert iets te zijn en dat vervolgens niet waarmaakt, verdient geen aanbeveling.

Excellente cuisine, tant au niveau des plats que des desserts. Choix de vin intéressant. De très bons vins locaux.
Petit regret que le décoration et installation de la terrasse notamment, ne soient pas plus soignés. C'est un point à améliorer pour accompagner cette excellente cuisine.
De la terrasse, la vue sur le Luberon est MAGNIFIQUE !!!

Le lunch à un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Entrée savoureuse. Plat principal loup de mer, très bon et dessert excellent.
J'y retournerai avec bonheur.

Le nouveau chef belge doit encore faire ses preuves. Il n'applique pour l'instant que les menus du précédent chef que nous avions appréciés. A suivre ... avec j'espère un service moins rapide, des desserts de + de 2 cuillerées perdues sur grande assiette et un au revoir de ce nouveau chef trop occupe à sympathiser avec d'autres clients belges comme nous!

My wife and I have dined here regularly since the restaurant first opened and have always found it excellent with respect to quality for the price. Last night was a disaster. A vegetable soup was bland, boring and without a hint of creativity. The paella hardly merited the name. Long grain rather than arboro rice was used, it was dry and with hardly a hint of saffron. The sea food was shriveled and tasteless, the whole thing was almost cold, as was the plate. I imagine it had paid a brief visit to the microwave having been prepared days beforehand. The apricot dessert was at least edible, apart from a piece of industrially produced concrete masquerading as a macaroon. The service was poor. This establishment no longer deserves to be recommended by Gault&Millau.
