I went to this december 1st for lunch. I was on a rush so I ordered a burguer "splendid" without Comte cheese. I got my burguer and when i got the bill i was charged 28 euros as burguer "Rossini" instead of 21 euros for the "splendid" burguer. I said that it was the wrong burguer and the manager (a lady) said that i got it with foie gras so i should pay extra. I said that i understand her point but i didnt order the Rossini burguer (i even confirmed with the waiter Adeline). On a very rude maner she said that it was my fault for not telling them when i got the burguer. I said that i didnt know by heart all the ingredients of their menu and i would expect to get the dish I order without extra elements. I was on a rush to catch a TGV so i paid and left. Basically be ready to be treated poorly "for not telling them when they make a mistake with your order" and be ready to pay extra without being asked. Certainly many places around better to go like Paul Baucusse brasserie de l´est just in front or the restaurant Faucon Emmanuel 50 meters down the road.

Best meal in all of France. I often travel to Europe for work and I am always looking for a new restaurant or new taste to try. I have to admit, Le Splendid would be on my top 5 of all time. Nice but not gaudy atmosphere, but the real treat is the food and the service. You will not be disappointed, I highly recommend you give this a try.
