Refoulés le premier jour pcq nous avions une fillette de 2 ans 8 mois alors que les enfants de moins de 3 ans ne sont pas admis au-delà de 13h, ce qui n'était indiqué nulle part !!!
1/4 du groupe expulsé le second jour pcq maillot soi-disant non conforme ... Nos amis ayant eu le plaisir de partager le bain extérieur avec un couple en pleine "action", jamais inquiété.
Moralité : on regarde à votre maillot mais, une fois à l'intérieur, vous pouvez l'enlever pour baiser. On comprend mieux pourquoi les enfants sont filtrés à l'entrée ...

3. They don't allow you to bring anything inside, not even slippers (and the floor is very cold), towels, something to drink or eat (not even a small snack). Their argument might be hygiene, but read #2 and #4

1. Regardless of what type of shorts/etc you have, they're not ok, staff tells you "sorry you're not allowed in those. But don't worry! You can buy the correct ones from our boutique!" but no explanation why not.
Worst part is they tell you this only after you paid, when you're inside and already showered and wet, so you don't have any choice but buy their swimming suit.

Very nice public bath, has indoor and outdoor winter pools, with water up to 40 degrees C, a restaurant and a terrace. However, men cannot get it with regular bathing shorts (short pants style), they need the tight shorts. They can buy it from the pool shop for 17 eur. Also, kids only have access in the pool until 1PM.

Staff and facilities are amazing here, £25 for 2 hours of top quality relaxation - plus a couple of electrifying cannonballs in the ice cold plunge pool

It was not my favorite to strict, to many rules, everything is forbidden. I found it expensive. For me it's not for kids, mainly adults. I would not go back. I prefer the pool in Briancon, fun for kids, it has adult area, nice indoor slide. Half price, nice staff

5. Some of the zones/saunas don't work or work incorrectly. For example, one of the pools was supposed to have 32 degrees hot water, but when I stepped into it I almost had a heart attack due to the water being freezing cold.

6. The hair dryers are on the walls and flow air vertically down, thus you need to stick your head on the wall so you can dry up.

And much, much more. I'll never go back here again.

4. There's no place to rest between spa pools, just some marble uncomfortable beds (and as mentioned you can't even put a towel on them, not even in the sauna, so you'll just have to sit in everyone else's sweat).

déçue...heureusement que l'on vient trois semaines après la rénovation! la peinture est écaillée, trop d installations sont en panne. Une douche femme sur trois ne fonctionne pas ou très mal.L'odeur de javel rappelle la piscine.
C est dommage car le bâtiment a du charme, et la vue est exceptionnelle.

2. The WC doesn't have a toilet seat. In the men's room if you want to sit you have to sit directly on the wc (which is full of everyone else's urine), and you don't have anything to at least wash it with.
