I just got an email stating that they overbooked themselves and don't have room for us after all. I'm supposed to check-in in somewhere in 2 hours. Now, I'm supposed to scramble to find a comparable place to stay? This is total BS. They've made it my problem that they are greedy and overbook their rooms as policy so if anyone cancels, they still have a full hotel. They'll burn you, too, because they're greedy and don't give a damn about their customers.

best hotel i even seen ever. and the staff of reception is super awesome as well. the service was great ... about the the rooms they was clean and calm and the important thing what i see there is the good view there the have good gardin .. i really like it

This quaint little place is perfect! A little over a mile away from CDG airport but really quiet. Perfect little hidden gem!

Just check the timetables- in one instance the hotel door was closed by 23:00. Besides that, all ok.

There is only one thing I can say. This hotel cancelled my reservation 1 day before my arrival for no reason at all. Yet they managed to charge my card twice! So by the time I visited the area the money were unavailable and I had nowhere to stay. Took very quick and inconvenient arrangements to solve the situation they caused. Thank you very much. Never again.

Was on a biz trip, for exhibition, stayed at hotel from Monday to Friday; all ok! Had dinner 3x times; Nothing to complain.

The hotel, located about 8 km northeast of CDG, is located in what appears to be a little bedroom community for commuters. The hotel is very nice, with enough amenities and charm to merit 5 stars. But unfortunately the location, except for those looking for a retreat center, is a bit deficient. While it is nice to look out on fields and a distant horizon after days of being in the city, it was a little disconcerting to come here and find that there are literally no services other than what you can find IN the hotel. No restaurants except in the hotel. Although the food was very nice and the price was not astronomical, I would have liked some choice. No shops. No pharmacies. Nothing, except a church which apparently only opens on Sunday. That being said, the room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The personnel were friendly.
You should know that this hotel apparently serves as a corporate retreat center. During our stay, the courtyard was occupied by a corporate team building seminar, and our presence seemed to intrude on their event. So while the courtyard is lovely, don't assume you will get to enjoy it.
