I was there with my wife in June. We have found it by accident and we were glad. The service is excellent and the cuisine is exquisite.
We can't wait to go back.
We recommend this place to any foodie person. They also have an Hotel and we will surely stay for a peaceful week end there.

Just spent a week there, great service and very friendly hotel staff. The breakfast and the pool were great. We cycled with their bikes and even went canooing. A well spent week and will definetly come back!

Eine wirkliche "Perle" in dieser Gegend. Inhaberin ist Deutsche und sehr freundlich. Essen ist gut und die Zimmer toll. Das ganze Ambiente ist einfach nur schön. (Nur finden muss man es eben) Sind jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und immer noch sehr angetan.

Can not say enough great things about this hotel, the staff and the facility. Claudia, Chrissy, David and Lisel were all attentive to our every need. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the beautiful Plaisance area.
The hotel also does very well planned bike trips through beautiful French countryside and villages.
Made for a great week in Southern France

My friends and I just spent a week at this gorgeous Hotel, it was completely fantastic. The bike rides were the highlight, we all used Claudia's electric bicycles and rode to the nearby ancient villages of Ambaliet and Brousse Le Chateau for lunch through stunning forests and along the river Tarn. Best breakfasts and most friendly hotel staff!!!
