Personnel aimable et accueillant, dommage d'avoir un salon encombré d'énormes fauteuils et canapés sans aucune place pour se déplacer et pas même une simple table à jeux et quatre chaises.
Donc gros manque d'un salon à côté de l'énorme salle à manger.

Originaire de Josselin, je n'ai jamais osé franchir le seuil de cet établissement dans mon enfance, l'imaginant hors de prix et plutôt bourgeois.
Nous avons dîner un samedi soir a l'hôtel du château et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la simplicité de l'accueil. Le repas à été d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul bémol... déjà cité dans certains avis... le pain un peu sec datant du matin... mais je comprend le choix de la direction. Quoiqu'il en soit, j'y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Location is great. Right next to the river and opposite the castle. Rooms a little small but comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were good.

I'm submitting this as a review for the restaurant as I've never stayed as a hotel guest. I've eaten here around 5 times over the past 4 years and each time I've found the food and staff to be excellent. This is one of the best restaurants in Josselin and I recommend it both on grounds of quality of the food and value for money. If you can get a seat by the window then there is of course the added bonus of one of the best views of the Chateau and the canal. Thank you Hotel Restaurant Du Chateau for many lovely meals.
