Calme et volupté ! Arrivé tard et sans vraiment prévenir mais reçu avec beaucoup d'égards et de gentillesse. Une cuisine absolument merveilleuse.

We're fans of Logis hotels and are often guided by the Logis symbols, this one having 3 cooking pots- so the food should be very good. Like others we did struggle to find the hotel at first,but when we did we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, the staff even went out of their way to ensure the TV worked properly. The room was comfortable and adequate, but then we really came for the food. We went down to the restaurant: simply furnished but with a rustic style and were shown to our table. The hotel really is in the middle of nowhere and yet even for a mid-week day the restaurant was very busy. The menu was based around choices of 1 to 3 courses all at the same price per course regardless of choice. We chose our 3 courses and from then on, for some reason, we seemed to be made to feel like outsiders, perhaps the British aren't welcome? The first bottle of wine we ordered wasn't available.Our second choice wine was delivered to the table, opened and just left, we were not invited to taste, unlike other tables. After a short wait our entrees were served, but we appeared to be the only table not offered an 'amuse bouche'. At no point during the meal were we asked if everything was OK and as the following courses were delivered service was carried out practically in silence. It was quite uncomfortable. The food itself was, in my opinion, good rather than great. While there was nothing to complain about equally I think the restaurant relies too much on style than substance. Breakfast was unusually served at the table, not a buffet, which was a pleasant change, but not the hotel's Labrador begging at the table until it was shut outside. Overall I can't rate our experience more than average.

Très bon raffiné mes manquent un peut de présence de dialogue et de rapidité pourtant bien démarré presque pas le temps de choisir 5 mn et déjà prises de commande 5 mn après l entrée arrive et le second plat 1 heures après attente interminables il y avait un peut de monde mes sans plus arrivé 12h30 partie 15h40 mes je recommande quand même pour la finesse des plat

Cuisine de bonne facture, honnête sans surprise. On aimerait que le chef se lâche, on sent qu'il en a sous le pied.

Très bonne table. Les produits de terroir sont mis en valeur avec inventivité. Service attentionné et efficace. Une adresse qui se mérite mais qui vous le rendra bien...

Superb cuisine, we only visited the restaurant. It was excellent for reasonable pricing. A little hard to get to in the country.

Si vous n'avez pas manquer l'embranchement de la route principale qui mène à l'hôtel vous allez pouvoir goûter au charme de ce petit endroit perdu au milieu de nulle part. Les chambres sont simples mais les plats du chef sont sublimes pour un prix plus que raisonnable et un accueil chaleureux. A retenir pour une escapade à deux.

Magnífico Hotel con un estupendo Restaurante. El trato es inmejorable y el entorno idílico. Te despertarán los sonidos de la Naturaleza. El personal te hará sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo de verdad.
