the rooms are too small for the price. i was promised a bigger room after one day but it did not work -which was fine as the staff are so nice, helpful, supportive and polite. over all it was a lovely stay its just the rooms are very tiny.

The hotel was nice, great view, and service. Only reasonable complaint was the extremely slow elevator.

Professional Service no question, all the hotel employees are so friendly, the reception personnel was so helpful, most because they speak our language English and Spanish too

I stayed at Madeleine Plaza Hotel for almost 10 days, we checked in on August 10th until August 19th, 2017. The hotel location was superb; it has access to the metro line as well as bus stop nearby.
Gallery Lafayette, Opera district, other shopping centers were nearby; it could be accessed by walking from the hotel about 5-7 mins. Do not worry about finding any foods; there were tons of restaurants, cafes, and fast foods.
I have pleasant about staffs, especially in receptionist team; they were very helpful both night and day.
In conclusion, I had good experience to stay at Madeleine Plaza Hotel. I'll be looking forward to staying at the hotel next year for my upcoming trip to Paris.

Not the greatest hotel I've ever stayed in but not the worst either. Room was really small and the window looked onto a brick wall which wasn't very inviting. Location was great however with easy access to most places of interest

We had been traveling for 3 weeks so were quite tired when we arrived. We were welcomed so warmly & were pleased to be upgraded. We loved our room... so comfortable, clean & such a great view!

Nice hotel. Clean and with very convenient location.
- Does not have gym.
