Very rude staff at the checkout!
She was nice to the well-dressed customer before me and folded the jacket and carefully put it in the bag.
After the previous customer left, the lady staff kept me waiting for 10 minutes while she worked on something and not a single sorry from her.

When she finally thought it was my turn, without any folding or whatever, the same staff rudely squeezed my newly-purchased coat into a tiny bag and threw it to me...
