Quick edit based on the manager's response: thank you so much!! It's really kind of you to respond. I should add that most of the staff really are quite pleasant; while long lines are a bit of an issue, it's really just that one woman who is actually rude.

Convenience store that covers basic needs. A lot of packaged food, cheese, drinks, wine, groceries. All you need to take to your hotel room or apartment. However closed on Sundays. Good price level. More selection and alternative nearest grocery is Monoprix shop just pass by St Germain Church across the street, 200 meters away.

Nice supermarket, you can find a lot in one place.

Convenient yet crowded. Fine selection of necessaries. Still, I'd rather shop the little places with higher quality goods.

Great selection of food found here. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Found everything we needed, even baby food pouches for the little ones. Good selection of French yogurts if that's your thing. Being a tourist, it was nice to have access to a grocery store near by. Only down side is that it can get very busy in the evening.

The products and quality are generally good, but some of the staff are badly organized and very rude. I'm there every day, not a tourist, but it's a regular headache for me. Yesterday, for example, I went to get in line. It was lunchtime, which means that the queues are enormous. There is one queue that you can stand in to get delivery, but normally everyone can use it; it's just that you are required to use it for delivery. I went to get in line, but the woman behind the cash register told me (rudely) that it was the line for delivery and that I needed to go in the next line (despite the fact that the place was packed and that there was absolutely no one behind the person getting delivery, so this woman would just be sitting around after that customer). So, I moved three feet over and got in the other line. Almost immediately, the woman behind the cash register called the woman in front of me over so that she could complete her checkout. I asked her why she had just turned me away, and she told me that now that she was done with the delivery checkout, she would take customers, but that the other woman was ahead of me. She then began complaining about my question to her new customer. I would have understood had this been a newly opened cash register, but it was not, and the gap between the woman turning me away and calling the other woman over was maybe five seconds. Okay, so fine. Today I went back in, and as usual, the line was enormous. There were three people running cash registers, but two of them suddenly decided to go on lunch break. The remaining one was dealing with a customer who was taking an unaccountably long time, so the line just...stopped. Two new women came in to open up cash registers, taking their time and not the least concerned about the huge line. One of the women was the woman who had been rude to me the day before. She was actually just sitting at the cash register doing nothing for a good few minutes before she finally deigned to call customers up, and I happened to be the next person in line. There had been no baskets at the entrance, so I had an armload of stuff, and I accidentally dropped my yogurt. I told her that it had broken, but she completely ignored me (she actually hadn't even greeted me, as is customary). So, I set the yogurt aside. The security guard noticed the yogurt came over to point it out, so I asked him if I needed to pay for it. The woman behind the cash register started going on this long lecture about how it was my responsibility and that I needed to pay for it. Okay, fine. It's true that normally, good customer service would suggest that they let it go, but I broke it, so fair is fair. I would pay for it. I wasn't going to argue about it, although I did gently point out to the woman (mostly because she was so rude) that normally it was the kind of thing that stores would let go, but that I would pay for it. And then...she kept on lecturing me about how I needed to pay, it was my responsibility, I broke it...YES. I KNOW. I'M PAYING FOR IT. Goodness, just let it go. I don't like going into the grocery store to simply purchase a few items and experiencing such a headache. Oh, and I speak French, so it wasn't like there was some kind of language barrier. This was just rudeness.

As a tourist I feel like I need to save money and this is the place to do it. The food is very reasonable and always fresh. I still am fascinated by all the delicious cheese for so cheap. The line can get long because of its location

Great neighborhood grocery store. Always crowded. Lines move fairly fast.
Closed on Sundays. Prices reasonable.
The orange juice machine isn't always out and I wish they sold the bigger bottles like Franprix.

Open late and have a massive selection of food at a reasonable price. Typical supermarket with a nice staff. Recommend
