We are serious buyers intending to purchase property whilst in the area, perhaps if our budget had been 500,000€ instead of 200,000€ they would have bothered to reply.

Very poor customer service. AVOID!!

Thankfully other agents in the area have answered quickly and we will be viewing properties with them instead.

I'm wondering if this company is still in business?

6 days a week three people monitor the email address that is displayed through the website (on Sunday only 2 people monitor that email address) and all replies are responded to on the day that they are received.

Mayer Immobilier is very much still in business and prospering.

As the website developer, I have checked the email log files and there is no history of the previous reviewer ever sending an email to the site. I can only assume that the previous review was from a competitor.

Very friendly and professional is absolutely perfect at speaking English

I have now sent 3 messages requesting information on a property prior to our visit to Brittany this week and each of them have been completely ignored!

I also feel very sorry for anyone who has put their faith in this agent and who are trying to sell a property with them as if this is the way they treat buyers then I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
