It was a great little visit to one of Nice's few remaining working olive oil mills. We visited this olive oil mill on a sunny March afternoon. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed that the mill was not running that day, however, our guide more than made up for it. She explained (in french) the whole process of producing olive oil "the old fashioned way" and showed us each tool and spoke of the history of this old mill. She was very patient with our intermediate level of French and answered all of our questions. Then we went on into the shop where she showed us a video (in English) about the process and let us sample the finished products.

J'ai commandé sur internet, et quelle agréable surprise! je suis ravie de mes produits et je souligne le soin tout particulier apporté à l'emballage, plus un petit cadeau à l'intérieur de mon colis. Le savon au Tilleul a une odeur divine et la cuve à huile s'avèrera très pratique dans ma cuisine.

Je recommande vivement cette huilerie typique et accueillante.

Bonne huile mais pas d'origine Française
Huile de catégorie supérieure, pression a froid.
Packaging superbe qui laisse a penser a une huile bien Française mais ce n'est pas le cas,dommage.

Brilliant visit to a rustic shop that produces incredible olive oil in the south of France. I highly recommend stopping by. Also, take advantage of the price onsite as opposed to purchasing when back in the USA.

I november 2017 lykkedes det endelig, at se fabrikken i aktivitet og samtidig smage på den helt friskpressede olie. Det gør ikke oplevelsen dårligere.
