It is the WORST HOTEL I have ever seen; for 60 Euros you will get a room of around 3x3 Sq ft with a smallest bathroom in which you can't even turn yourself. The area of the hotel is China Town so you'll never get a feel of Paris. If this is someone's first trip to Paris then it will be the worst experience. You'll find wet carpet in the room with dirty linen on Bed. Walls are too thin that one can easily listen to other room guests conversation. Even the area is not safe to roam around after sunset. So think twice before booking this hotel.

Je mets trois étoiles car l'hôtel est à Paris près de Place d'Italie (Italie2, métro ligne 6 et 14 qui va à la Tour eiffel, st Lazare...) et le prix est bien pour cet emplacement (vous économiserez du temps par rapport à la banlieue et le RER). La télévision fonctionne parfaitement bien. L'accueil propose des sorties dans Paris ce qui est chouette. L'équipe est jeune, communicative, et compréhensive.
Maintenant il faut faire des concessions quand on a un petit budget. Le petit déjeuner est un peu moins cher que dans les autres hôtels, vous avez la possibilité de payer pour choisir votre étage.
Bref si vous voulez juste un pied-à-terre, avec une wi-fi dépanne, pendant votre visite de Paris.

Greeted on arrival by stench of stale cigarettes and B.O from live bedspread. Decor crumbling, bathroom door semi-decayed, mould in bathroom. Carpet sticky. Bathroom ok for a midget. No tea-making facilities. All for 60 euros a night. Payment expected on arrival - no wonder. How on earth does it rate one star!?

!This is the F**in worst hotel in the world ,it's about 40° in Paris at the moment , I ask the lady that works in the reception for the Airconditioner controler, she said that in France the government gives the permission to the hotels to use ,WTF !
