They told lies. There is a girl in this shop that sold us a modem and Internet Phone. She quoted us as saying when we went back to England we could phone them up and have the service put on hold until we returned and wanted to be reconnected, importantly she said at no extra charge.
Well on our return to England we phoned up to find out it was a big lie. You can disconnect but reconnection attracts a charge as for the first time, also you would be given a new phone number.
The person we spoke to Denied any knowledge of what we were told in the shop. (a big get out clause).
