The simple breakfast cost over 10€. Included a croissant, half a glass of juice, little Coffee and two slices of bread. Everything was fresh though.

The service is almost painful to watch. We asked three times for some water with the same waitress but didn't get it until the end of our brunch . I had to ask another waitress again for it. The food is way over priced and mediocre at the best. Not at least to mention that we had to witness two waitress fiercely arguing right at the door and had to be separated by another waiter. Not my first great impression on Nice since this was the very first place we visited after we arrived at the hotel. I almost felt the cleaning staff was the most friendly one that I have encountered in the restaurant since at least he generously gave us a kind smile. The restaurant location is great, right at the entrance of a beautiful open market. I would highly recommend that you walk around the market to buy some fresh fruits and pastries rather than spend it at the restaurant.

Just look at these pastries, yummy! Customer service was okay. Bathrooms were horrendous, so I focused on the delicious sweets in front of me.

Perhaps one of the nicer aspects about this place is the ambiance and setting. Food is decent although nothing out of the ordinary. Their pancakes are quite tasty and so is the scrambled eggs they offered as part of a "breakfast of the day" offer they had.
I went there twice and on the first time the waitress was quite attentive and food came out quite quickly. The secod time I was there, a man served us and there was a real difference. When olnly half the order came and was brought to his atttention, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he only understood that I had ordered one breakfast. So I guess it's my fault now. But ok, that kind of service is somewhat expected in Europe. I've lived in Germany long enough to know. What upset me is that while on the first day we got a nice basket of 3 different kinds of sliced bread, this waiter must have thought that these two Asians don't possibly know how to enjoy a good bread and only gave a measy one slice a person. And even after the second breakfast came out, no bread was added and I had to ask for jam, butter, and a knife when it was automatic the day before.
Yeah, service stinks, but it may just be because we're Asians in a western restaurant.

Amazing breakfasts! Quality food in a lovely bustling atmosphere. The breakfasts were out of this world, even the simplest of french toast was lovely and the best hot drinks!

Good healthy sandwiches and vegetarian choice. Risotto and omelette choices for gluten free.

Service was dreadful! It felt like the waitress didn't want to take our order and couldn't get away from us quick enough....! We asked for milk to go with the tea, and this took 10 minutes and several detours, to have a chat with various friends, before it arrived...! My hot chocolate was far from hot, the food was mediocre and not worth the price! Shame, as it is in a great location, typical tourist trap with no care for repeat business. There is another cafe not far away that shares its name with a famous cookie brand, jog Pain & Cie on and go there! Money better spent!
