Moved here from the Holiday Inn near Nice airport. This hotel is walking distance from term 1, has a lovely pool and the rooms have everything you need, no luxury but no hardship either
Everything works, a/c, shower, good bed, price very good
Unlike the Holidai Inn, by the airport, which costs twice as much, and does not have a proper swimming pool, a:c ancient

Given wrong information about the shuttle bus upon arrival at the airport. No milk in room for tea/coffee. Called reception to be told there wasn't any. Apart from that ok.

The hotel was convenient for access to the airport, and the room was pretty clean, but old. The staff were not exactly the fastest, but they performed their duties well enough.

At the airport Terminal 1, we called the hotel shuttle at the Information counter, but waited for a long time not to come, we can only drag the luggage to the hotel. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and slippers in the hotel room, and the wireless internet connection is not on. The only advantage is that the hotel is close to Eurolines and is only a 2 minute walk away.

It's a nice place, nothing too spectacular but air con is switched off until April to save money and it gets sticky hot in the mornings. Plus windows are bolted and can't be opened.

Very bad service..!! the aircon is off in every rooms and when I ask to open the window, the staff came for a Long time after I called 3 times. And the staff came to my room without greating and knocked the door like angry. Very impolite...!!!

Easy walk from Terminal 1 of Nice airport. If you use terminal 2 you can get free shuttle bus to T1 and then walk to hotel. Go under the dual carriageway and that road leads to hotel.
Great welcome. Restaurant and bar very good and open late. We are at 9:30 and good and service was great.
Breakfast also good value and late check out a bonus.
Very happy with hotel and will use again. Staff are very helpful.

Convenient location, only a couple of minutes waking from the airport terminal. Very tired hotel in serious need of renovation. Cleanliness could be improved.
