While booking this hotel I accidentally entered the wrong month and instead of the hotel offering to change it to the proper dates they refused to change my reservation dates and I am losing $500. I booked through a 3rd party site and they asked to change the dates but the hotel refused to saying it's their policy. I can understand if I was trying to completely cancel a reservation but a simple date mistake that is costing me a significant amount of money on once in a lifetime trip is devastating for me. Compassion is non existent at The Platine Hotel.

Spa, cosy bar, 4 stars near everything in a nice, quiet and safe district. A few minutes from the Seine. Nice offer in Beaugrenelle.

We loved staying here! The location was central to all of the best things in Paris and the rooms were quaint and very clean. The decor was old Hollywood and very trendy. We lost our laptop at TSA and the staff was friendly enough to let us use theirs! All around, we had a great experience.

The location is good for getting around. Beds are comfortable and staff are very nice. The rooms are starting to show some wear and tear which needs to be updated.

Great hotel not far from Eiffel tower. The area is great with lots of shopping malls an small cafe. The rooms are amazing with and the stuff very helpful and polite. Totally recommended

I think I’ve stayed here 6 times over 3 years. The beds are very comfortable and the staff have always been great. The breakfast offered by the hotel is pretty good, but somewhat pricy. A great alternative is Biogrenelle, a bakery just around the corner.

Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme.
Close to main atractions in Paris and also close to the bus station, nice peopple who wanted to help me with my poor french.
La decoración pop-art le da un toque especial.
