It's a decent hostel which could do with a little makeover. Staff is nice and location is great, the prices are ok. But the rooms are really basic.

Great location to explore the city! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good rooms. Only the bathrooms could be a little tidier.

1. It is located on the main street and very noisy due to window without soundproofing
2. There is a rotten smell in the blanket.
3. I used the shower room in the other floor because of the breakdown and cleaning.
4. Bed bugs appeared at first night. I caught five bed bugs
I wanted to meet an employee to change room, But office was closed.
So I had to spent that night on the chair.
Room was changed in the next morning, but bed bugs appeared again that night. Office also closed.
I got angry and moved to a nearby hotel at 2AM
In the last day, I asked for a full refund, but they refunded only first night. Because I stayed at the hostel in the first day(On the CHAIR)
They even refused to give refunds for ridiculous reason.
If you want to have a party with bed bugs, I will recommend the pop hostel

I lived here for about 3 days last year during the flower season. Since the hotel is located in the center of Avignon, so the price is not cheap even for the cheapest bed. I slept in a upper berth in a six-bunk room. So the bed is fine just for sleeping. There are two bathrooms shared for the whole level. The security is good. The activity room is fine to chat with people but the light in night is not so bright. The breakfast is free but not provided unlimited. So the advantage is the location where you can view the Rue de la Republique directly and enjoy the fresh air and beauty of Avignon.

Nice hostel overall and the best one in Avignon. A bit expensive in the summer.

Visited the first week of August 2017 in room 11. Got bit by BED BUGS !! I was bit 34 times in 1 night. A giant bed bug was on my suitcase when I woke up. I also had a hard time staying connected to the Wi-Fi which meant I had a hard time reserving train tickets and hotels for the rest of my trip. POSITIVES: It is the only central hostel on Avignon and my lavender tour guide easily picked me up from out front. Towels were included and shower was clean and had plenty of space. I don't think the staff was as bad as the reviews say but they certainly weren't as helpful or as enthusiastic about their guests' experience as other hostels I've been at. They were quick to note my bed bug complaint but I have no idea if they fixed it and they didn't apologize or anything for it.

Nice hostel. There wernt many people. It was fairly quiet. The location is perfect!

Friendly staff, location on the mainstreet. Very confortable bed. Poor Wi-fi. Not so many showers.
