This is a very nice hotel, but there are some important considerations. Therefore 3 stars. To get to the Basile lodge from reception there are 3 elevators, 3 sets of stairs and a walk through the pakrimg garage.. If you have kids and lots of gear, be ready to Sherpa!! Also there is one WiFi login per bedroom, and you can't use multiple devices at once. It also frequently logs you out. Therefore a working holiday isn't convenient and watching Netflix won't work. The website says rooms have sensao coffee machines, but not all rooms do. The baths are not cleaned between patrons.
On the other hand...

Beautiful location, nice accommodation. We stayed here a few years ago as well, but when we were here in 2015, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The apartments are of a high standard, spacious and have all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

People here are very nice! The restaurants serve excellent food, service is good. There are lots of bars. Below is a picture of the ski slopes.
