The view is amazing. The staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here several years in a row, but this year was definitely a let down. The room was clean... and the view was nice... But from hotels in (or near, in this case) Monaco, I expect better. The bathroom was in need of basic repairs, the services were lacking, the hotel food was mediocre at best... Overall, it just seemed that they stopped caring. I've had better stays in hotels for a fraction of the price.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. There is a pool just outside the hotel and fitness center is around the corner

Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms as per usual. Great views of the port.

Welcome to the 70s! Like so many places in or near Monaco - and this hotel butts up against the Monaco border - this hotel relies on its location and the associated glamour. My room was a good size, but a tad tired. A TV perched on a table with cracked veneer, stains on the carpet, and a build up of home in the corners of various bits of bath and bedroom suggests it's time for a refurbishment. Service at the bar could also do with an upgrade. Slow and steady, seemingly, with an added air of 'really can't be bothered' to make you feel less welcome. I was only there for one night, but that was enough.

Like everything around Monaco prices are extremely high. I was here on business for few days and I enjoyed the comfort of being able to walk to Monaco for all my meetings. The hotel is quite old and rooms are very hot. I had to sleep with the window open. I tried the restaurant but I would suggest to go and experience one of the many dining options in Fontvielle. The Italian staff both at the bar and the reception area was overwhelmingly welcoming and made me feel at home!

Room is amazing. The staff are always willing to help when they can. It is located out of the main area so be prepared to pay for taxis after midnight to get back which will cost €20.. The hop on/off bus for 2 day pass is €25 which is the best way to see Monaco and the surrounding. Breakfast at the hotel isn't really worth the €26. Better to go down to the marina instead and eat out or go get stuff from the local supermarket.. Oh they have a curtousy bus that will drop you to the casino etc but make sure you book down at the reception.

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel for the last 8 years on and off. We booked June 2016 for 15 nights, we always chose this hotel because of the location, nothing else. To begin with our stay was the normal basic room, basic food and basic service. Relaxing by the pool about 7 or 8 days into the holiday a 30 something obnoxious and drunk guy dive bombed into the pool at approx 11am causing us and others to be soaked.. we decided to leave and he took exception to this, words were exchanged, he stormed out of the pool and threatened to assault my 50 something husband. A manager had to intervene. We complained to the management and asked for this individual to be asked to leave, they decided that this was not necessary, we settled our bill and left. There were children and young teenagers by the pool, this individuals behaviour was threatening and was designed to attract a reaction from someone by the pool..
The pathetic response from the management of the hotel said it all, they didn't care about their long standing customers but that of an individual who was part of a party of around 6 people. It would seem they put profit before the safety of other guests. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone let alone families.
