I've used sixt in other places and it was good. But here, they cancelled our reservation for no reason and without calling us, so when we arrived we didn't have a car ready. And now we are going to be late getting to our friend's wedding. Merci bien, SIXT.

Edit: dropping this to two stars, as they've now tried to send me an infringement which occurred outside the hours I've had the car and are not responsive in my requests to refund the administration fee on my credit card.

Bien, seulement ils ont réceptionné ma voiture un soir alors que je l'avais rapporté le matin: j'ai donc payé un jour de plus. Après réclamation c'est rentré dans l'ordre. Il faut donc faire attention.

They are friendly and helpful, but they reduced my deposit that they were supposed to pay back due to scratches, which I know were not there...
