Bad manners.
The waitress was so rude, I didn't want cream on my coffee, but she served it without asking. When I advertised her, she threw part of the coffee and gave it to me again.
I think I will never come back again if I have to deal with this manners.

i would give starbucks a negative number if i could. too much market saturation is destroying the local culture of many cities. if you want to go to starbuck, please go to Seatle and area and support your local coffee houses instead.

I particularly liked their spacious seating area and friendly staff with quick service. Our table was dirty and hadn't been cleaned after its last occupants left though.

Sadly the opening times are not respected by the stuff. This Starbucks is listed as beeing open until 9pm. When we arrived there at 8:45pm everything was already packed up and a rude employee told us that 9pm isn't the closing time for customers but for the staff and that they start closing down everything earlier...

I give this Starbucks zero when it comes to service. Visited Paris for the first time and these people were so poor with making me a soy white chocolate Mocha. They returned me my money as they couldn't fulfill making me a hot coffee, which they made 3 times. Very disappointed as I'm a Starbucks fan.

Probably because of the very touristic location, the service was not great at all, rhe personnel seem not to underestand English in such a tourist spot, the two rolls we took and payed for seamed old and tastless (never tasted worse in a Starbucks) and they treat you as crap if you ask for something one more time (as they dont listen to you when you ask)...not good...choose another one...

Crowded and very dirty. Not a lot of possibilities to sit and do your work in quietness.
