Everything went well from booking the car online to return it. Neat service. Which is what is expected from a rental. But then, 2 hours after getting the car back, we realised that we had forgotten headphones in the trunk. And that's when their customer service became lower than low. We called to inform them but no one had found them. We asked if they could double check and we had to insist. And after some hours of waiting - the car hadn't been rented in the meantime - they confirmed that nothing could be found in the car. But they offered to have their manager calling within the next days to find a solution. It's been 2 weeks. Still waiting. In conclusion, I would just say that as a company, when you're facing clients, you ought to have an irreproachable customer service and not just until the product is sold. Here, it wasn't the case.
