The hotel has a great location. Just minutes from the metro station and right next to many restaurants and cafés. Check in was smooth. The room was small but comfortable. The heating had some issues and wouldn't work properly. The service is not bad.

Please try to avoid this hotel at all cause you could get robbed.

I stayed at the hotel on 17/04/2017 in room 322.
My room was broken in by two burglars and they stole my camera bag with all my gear that worth around 7,000 euro with them.
The hotel was so slow to response to the situation I have to wait until the next day to watch the security camera.
Their security system was so poor anybody could walk in after the hotel guest. There also only security camera on the first floor and no staff in the building that I stayed in. That's why the burglar could get into the hotel and broke into my room.
They said that their insurance company will give me back my compensation however it has been more than a week with out any reply or update and when I call them the staff is not helpful at all.

Ideal for tourists.

I have chosen this hotel because I have already stayed there before and was satisfied. This time I travelled with my mother, and we got a room with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (one of which was very tiny, though), so there isn't anything to complain about. It is very convenient to have an electric kettle in the room, as well as a good wardrobe and a place to hang one's overcoat. The breakfast is fine, and the local wi-fi works very well. The staff at the reception, especially Mme Erika, are very helpful and nice. The only issue was that when my mother made the reservation she asked the hotel to send a confirmation in pdf, which was never done.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room felt very cramped. The continental breakfast was nice.

Small bedroom, in a photo looks better. But price/quality good.
