J'adore la marque Yves Rocher mais je suis très déçue par le comportement de certaines vendeuses de ce magasin en particulier qui se moquent et critiquent ouvertement sa clientèle manque de professionnalisme.

Tous les contours du sourcil brûlé, je vous laisse imaginer les adorables traces sur ma peau clair ! 4ans que je me fais épiler les sourcils je n'ai jamais eu un tel soucis. Première et dernière fois.

I have had problem with this particular Yves Rocher several times, I would say 5 times so far, to the point that I feel like something HAS to be written about the absolute rudeness of the people working there.
Customer service is non-existence here. I frequently get emails from Yves Rocher with coupon codes and ALWAYS run into problems while trying to redeem the gifts here. They would either say that I can only use one coupon at a time( while other stores lets you use x number of codes as long as x number of items are purchased), or tell me to come back later to get the gifts and then the gifts won't be there on the day specified for getting it or they would just alter the gift all together without warning, or postponing the receiving day to a later date, so it's never ending.
There are several younger women working there that are super rude. But the one that stands out the most is 'Elaine.' Often times not only you are not greeted with a smile when purchasing something there, they act like they are doing you such a huge FAVOR by receiving your money, and don't even greet you with 'Merci' or 'Auvoir.'
Yes, I understand it's a busy store but manager should definetly look into this or they would be loosing customers. I know they already lost me.
Plus, aside from all the marketing and a fancy French name, when you really read the ingredient list of most of the products from Yves Rocher, you find just a lot of chemicals, sometimes even dangerous ones(TALC, any?) on there supposedly "Bio" products!

Jolie boutique, mais un peu fouillis, mérite une meilleure organisation.
Niveau institut pour les épilation, pour le moment je n'ai jamais été déçue.
Je conseillerais plus cette boutique et cet institut-ci que celui du centre-ville.
