Clean fresh smelling rooms, attractive dining and bar area, easy check in and good location make this hotel a hot spot. The in room smart phones are a plus for any traveler on the go.

Rooms were large considering Paris' standards. Great air conditioning if set at a reasonable temperature. The ability to use chrome cast and airplay in the rooms were a great benefit, and on that note I'll add that the WiFi speed is great. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the customer service was great. The bar is also lovely with a beautiful skylight.

I'll start with the negative considering I only have one complaint. You're only given one physical key to access the rooms, card key entry would have been more convenient.

The staff are very friendly. However the room lacks air conditioning. It's clean as far as European hotels go I guess

The elevator was broken, we had no air in our room, they would not move our room until the last night, I booked 2 rooms and neither had air, very noisy. The hotel is beautiful tho and nice restaurant that looks swanky! Hotel basics are elevators and heat/air. This is not a 3.5 star hotel as rated.

Clean modern rooms that are spacious compared to other hotels in this price range. Great staff and lots of good restaurants and shops in the area. I’d stay there again.

Nice restaurant decoration and tables, excellent cocktails and food, creative with good products. Some would think it's a bit expensive but the experience worth it !

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Location is perfect. But lift didn't work and staff was not very helpful. They didn't inform us on anything and we waited 5 minutes outside in the night ringing the bell to get in.

Pisco passion amazing although they could have done better with the glass , yet amazing tostadas de Saint Jacques and chic Arron des cerdo !
