Pray for air china. I think air china in Paris disappeared forever. I got useless phone number at Charles de Gaulle Airport and called many times but never answered. Rest in peace. air china.

I found my luggge two days later but bags and shoes get stolen in my luggage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thief AIRCHINA !!!!! Worst China in the world

Air China provided the most attrocious customer service I've ever experienced. The Paris office didn't repond to the telephone during working hours during peak season at Christmas. Also, in contradiction to instructions given via a 20€ telephone call to their internaitonal call center, where no one could speak English, they proceeded to cancel 3000€ of tickets and left me stranded in Paris for 4 days. Avoid using this airline at all costs.
