Just arrived here today for a week's holiday. I am so excited. I last visited 5 years ago, don't know why I left it so long to come back. So tranquil, Sarah and Steve are the perfect hosts! Beautiful setting and lots of routes to cycle (that's if I want to leave the house)

Without a doubt one of the most friendly & relaxing places you could ever wish to stay. Sarah & Steve ..... The perfect hosts, whether it's a long weekend or a holiday, located in the foothills of the Pyrenees in rural France, you are sure to have lovely stay, perfect for skiing in the winter or cycling/walking in the summer.

We always have a fantastic time at Allant Holidays with friends. The accommodation is relaxed and comfortable and Sarah's food is lovely. Steve is a font of all knowledge about cycling and the local area for rides. The nearby roads are quiet and hilly with lovely views and it's easy to find villages for coffee and lunch. The cols are further away but Steve provides a taxi service if you want to conserve your energy for the challenge of cycling up them.
I would highly recommend Allant Holidays and have been 8 times in the last 10 years.

I have been back to "Allant" several times; a great place for cycling with endless combinations of good local routes and the challenge of some of the Tour climbs within reach; Arreau is about 30 km cycle/drive from Galan. The accommodation is very comfortable. There are 5 rooms which every year have been set up to accommodate us in various combinations of couples, families and single people. The accommodation is far more than your room, with lots of communal space at your disposal including a big lounge, dining area, pool, courtyard, sun terrace and more, all available to use throughout your holiday. A thoroughly relaxing, place to stay after a local ride or a more iconic mountain ride.

Amazing place - I return regularly - great food and lovely setting
great cycling on quiet roads. Not far from some classic cols - Steve extremely knowledgeable on the cycling front whether for routes or sorting out bike maintenance.
Always return home feeling like I've had a proper holiday.
