Well...i have never waited so long for service anywhere. The place is absolute chaos on a Saturday. However - view from the upstairs level is Great!

The staff were helpful, some more than others, but none were bad. It was a shame that my iPhone was not able to be repaired but that was not the fault of them (or rather it could, but due to the cost, it was best to return to England and get my insurance to do it there).

Simply overrated, there is at least 10 employees there if not more and still they make you wait an hour to answer some questions.
I need to clarify that i was with my sister and that i would never buy an apple product in my life(i'm not gullable)

We arrived in the morning to see if my iPhone could be repaired without getting rid of any warranty that had been put into place from a previous repair done when in England.

Apple Stores always get biased reviews. Some hate & love it. Well, if you buy their products you are hooked! My experience was quite spectacular. Bought some accessories for my Maman with an Apple corporate discount, while not being an active employee. Anyways it was a breeze coming in and out!

Quality staff as one would expect from Apple. Not too busy but don't expect a walk-up consultation. Best to schedule an appointment if you need to speak with someone. Several staff members with high English proficiency.

Friendly staff and fast and free Internet. The store is rather small and it is not possible to test the watches without contacting an apple employee.
