I would give zero stars, unfortunately not possible. Had an appointment and Apple Hotline told me that the staff will exchange my iPhone battery right from the bat. So I came 10 minutes late which was my fault but the staff was not able to tell me that they will need the whole day. I was forced to wait for 3 hours first time just to have someone to talk. This person told me to pick up my phone in three hours again. So I have spent the hole Saturday waiting. Thank you for nothing.

I will like say a big thank you to one of your staff Frederic. I am a tourist and my phone was broken. I can't find an appointment. This technician helped me without an appointment and solved the problem in 5 minutes! He made my day. Thank you again, Frederic.
