I came here with my friend without wifi card. The staff "PATRICK" sent 3 times email to my friend to inform her that he will wait for us until 8:30p.m. But we didn't know that because we hadn't the wifi card to receive the email. So, "PATRICK" is gone when we arrived at 9:30p.m. My friend said that she told Patrick we will arrive on 9:30 but Patrick still cancel our booking for "2 nights" without refund! We called Patrick. He was very rude and impolite. He said that we are no show. But we didn't! He said we no show in the first night, then we can't check in at the second night! And no refund! That's unreasonable! And feel so angry about that!!!

Lovely quiet self catering hotel in the centre of Avignon. Friendly welcome, comfortable room and peaceful courtyard all within easy walking distance of shops and museums. Highly recommended.
