Ma location payée en ligne à été refusée sur place sous prétexte que la carte bleue n'était pas une carte à débit différé mais à paiement immédiat. Ils refusent le remboursement de la location alors qu'il n'était pas précisé cela dans le processus de location. Avis se comporte comme un voleur.

Je dépose plainte et je vous engage à ne JAMAIS LOUER CHEZ AVIS BUDGET. C'est du vol pur et simple. Ayant loué pour une journée chez Avis Budget (Paris Gare de l'Est Saint Martin), ils m'ont débité de 1500 euros (soit l'intégralité de ma caution) ma CB deux jours après la fin de la location !! Sans aucune facture et personne ne répond aux mails du service client.

Le pire service que l'on puisse proposer.
Je souhaite sincèrement à remercier Fatima de Avis Saint martin Paris 10. Elle a refusé de nous donner notre réservation sous prétexte que le permis de ma femme était déchiré. Résultat nous ne partons pas en WE alors que nous sommes attendus par des proches, que nos enfants se faisaient une joie de quitter Paris, que nous avions prévu cela depuis des semaines... Nous sommes clients depuis 15 ans, ma femme a la carte Club Azur, nous avons un compte client et nous louons environ 6 semaines par ans... dorénavant ce ne sera plus le cas.

We were flat out refused our rental vehicle because we did not have a credit card (only debit mastercards), even though it had already been paid for in full. The staff member we dealt with was pleasant enough, it's just disappointing that they were not able to provide any solution for a service that had already been paid for. Not really good enough.

We got excellent service at the Gare de l'Est location and there was no surprises at the counter, exactly the price I had reserved online. We did have an issue finding it as the location recently moved but no signs were present to indicate where to go. The Lancia Ypsilon was a pleasure to drive, it is not a powerful car so it had some issues on hills, but came well equipped with AC, cruise control and was fuel efficient. The toll free number we had to call when we had an accident was not helpful but the employees at the counter near a small airport in Lorient were extremely helpful and let us get back to our vacation quickly. Once back at the airport, a representative met us in the parking and it took a few minutes to return the car, very easy and fast.

Perdí mucho tiempo. Me quería anular una reserva q pague en despegar 200 euros y me querían cobrar por el mismo servicio de renta de automóvil 600 euros.

Do not use this location! I rented a car online and paid in full. Once there the agent tried to get me to upgrade to a more expensive car and after saying no several times she dropped it. Then she explained that if I would like to return the car without filling it back up that I could do that and it would be about 20 more euro that there is no mark up on fuel. She then asked for my credit card and charged me 70 euro. I asked why was she charging me since I paid already. Her response was this is to make sure you have funds if you choose to return the car without filling it up. I choose to return it empty, bad mistake! That 70 euro was 20 in taxes and 55 in fuel charges. I was misled by the agent and would recommend you stay away from this place. And it took over a hour just to speak with a rep to start the pick up process.
