Incredibly slow every time, they always 'upgrade' you from the sporty little city car you ordered to a totally unsuitable people carrier and when told it's not wanted they shrug their shoulders and say they're closing now, this or nothing. Do yourself a favour, don't bolt this on to you British Airways flight, go to Enterprise round the corner, totally different level of service.

We had rented a car from Avis when we visited Toulouse recently. Unfortunately, and much to our dismay, our lead driver, had forgotten his driver's license at home in London! Our entire trip would have been ruined but for the staff here. They were extremely helpful and did all they could and even more to alleviate our panic.Special mention for a staff member, known only as 'David'.. who was helpfulness personified. This was more appreciated as one of our party was disabled. Kudos to your team at Toulouse!
