Unbeatable price, given the location and quality of the hotel. Friendly service, clean room, and right in the middle of everything. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling on a budget.

Friendly staff. The room was infested with ants and smells horrible. The bathroom was very noisy and water pipes are stoppered. Taking a shower was no pleasure. Although the view is nice. If you have low expectations it is a good value for price.

Despit the fact that there are no Parking places near the hotel and only one way streets that will "drive" you mad. We had a room for three on the 4th floor. the drain of the bathroom smelled like hell (and they opend the windows when we arrived to minimize). The beds were just a wooden plate with a thin matrez on - no slatted frame at all. I never sleeped so bad in an hotel in my entire life! Go somewhere else not here!

Great location, clean and easy to check in. We had a disabled access room which had a huge bathroom! Staff very friendly too.

This B&B Hotel has three advantages that stand out: location, location, location. It literally is ground zero of downtown Dijon. The prices cannot be beat, simply the cheapest possible. The rooms are mediocre and just hovering over the acceptable threshold for clean. It is not posh, but it is a bargain for the location. Park outside downtown Dijon and take the tram which runs all the time early to late. There is also a TGV train that comes directly into Dijon and you can take the tram from the train station to this BB Hotel.
