Horrible experience with Barnes International at Neuilly. We looked for a flat thru an expat agency and they drove us to Barnes. The flat was very well located and seemed fine, old as hell but fine. Just a few weeks after moving our nightmare started : problems with the windows with leaking thru the crystal, plumb pipes not changed, problems with the wooden doors not closing, a two month repair at the balcony... And the answer of Barnes was always the same: doing nothing. After this I had to fight for months for them to give us back our deposit (we moved of course to other place before the end of the contract). Take care, their smiles hide a company that doesn't take care of their customers (probably they have too many : red carpet to come in, hell and fire to come out). I would never recommend them.

Derriere une presentation du groupe qui se veut haut de gamme ,
Nous sommes tombé sur une commerciale sans aucun proffessionalisme
Fausses informations, ecran de fumee,
Visitz annulée a la derniere minute .pour nous indiquzr d aller a la concurence si on etair pas content!!! Si!
Comment peut on confier un bien immobilier a cette agence?
Nous avons croisé de très bons agents immobiliers qui respectent les gens dans d autres agences moins prétentieuses.
Bref à fuir!
