Peut être qu'on peut y trouver son compte mais nous avons été déçu par l'ambiance et la chambre surtout qui n'est pas à la hauteur de son tarif

I had a horrible experience at this hotel and I DO NOT recommend it at all. Me and my partner booked it on the same evening and emailed the reception that we were arriving late (the reception appeared to be 24/7 in the hotel's page). When we arrived the door was locked and there was no answer on the phone for 15'. We were freezing and tired. Eventually the woman picked up the phone and when I told her I had a reservation she started screaming 'NO NO' and shouting in French! My partner spoke to her in French, she HANGED UP on him without actually telling us anything and we were left there freezing and calling her again but NO ANSWER for another 10'. She came downstairs eventually and was the RUDEST welcome I have had in my life. Honestly I wished I could leave but it was so late and we were so tired that I had to put up with the situation. I said that her behavior was unacceptable and the woman actually shooshed me! She NEVER apologized , never gave us any informaytion for the room (ex. breakfast, wifi code) she just handed the key and said 'premier etage'. On the following day this terrible woman continued behaving so offensively. She blamed us for coming late even though that was an option and we had emailed her, she did not apologise and she continued with rudeness and offensive commends. Moreover, she only replied in French even though she appeared to understand exactly what I was saying. Honestly, I can't see how this person is allowed to talk to customers. That was the worse hotel experience in my life and one of the worse encounters I had with a person.

Les chambres et la salle de bains sont propres, l'hôtel est assez calme. Si la patronne n'était pas aimable comme une porte de prison, cela aurait pu améliorer notre court passage dans cet hôtel. A noter que le petit-déjeuner est très sommaire et cher (10 €) pour le peu de variété proposé. Les rideaux sont occultants quand il fait nuit seulement, mais dès que le jour apparaît ils ne servent plus à grand-chose, ainsi que pour les chambres situées juste au-dessous du néon extérieur qui illumine tout l'intérieur de la chambre de bleu (rideaux fermés). L'hôtel affiche Canalsatellite sur sa façade, ce qui est faux puisque aucune chaine Canalsatellite n'est disponible en chambre. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur Internet, cet hôtel n'a pas de parking, et les rues étant très étroites il est difficile de trouver une place à proximité. Enfin les chiens sont supposés être interdits, notamment au resto, interdiction non respectée à ce que j'ai pu constater.

Très bon accueil, calme et prévenant, délicatesse et sourires vrais. Cuisine légère sans tralala. Chambre très accueillante simple et de bon goût. Lieu central mais reposant. Terrasse avec vue panoramique. Vraiment bien.

Lieu chaleureux, entouré de verdure, confortable, à 2 pas du Parc Thermal, esprit "maison de famille" où on se sent bien, propice au repos et à la détente. J'y reviendrai !
