Extremely helpful and friendly service and staff. Great breakfast in a lovely breakfast room.
Located close to Vieux Port, train station making it a great Base for exploring Marseille!

The location of the hotel is very good: close to the vieux port and very close to the bus station. Nice staff, good quality of the breakfast, comfortable bed.
The room requires more maintenance: the chair back was broken, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken; after the shower the bathroom floor is completely wet.

For the price the hotel can be a good experience. I had a slightly small single room which was very clean and generally comfortable, with a modern, functional bathroom; the only drawback was that the walls in the building are thin and, being the room by the lift door, there was some noise (steps mainly) in the morning. The breakfast was rather modest, but in line with my expectations from this budget hotel. The location is very convenient, near the old port; the area is generally safe but there might be a few strange individuals around, so better to keep one's eyes open, especially ladies at night.

It was a nice place, reasonable price and the receptionist spoke English, French and German so she was extremely helpful. They are more than willing to help you with directions to find your way around. Close to train pick up locations and the harbor.

I did not stay at this hotel because my prior booking with other properties. But I found that the receptionist has been extremely helpful when I stopped by to get some insight about Marseille. Definitely will stay here one day.

Decent hotel. Really friendly staff and the free little drinks and snacks in the evening was a lovely touch.
